Zoom Recreation provides commercial site amenities backed by applicable manufacturer warranty coverage. Our team is available to help customers understand their coverage, gather the necessary documentation, and coordinate eligible warranty claims with the applicable manufacturer.
Warranty coverage begins on the original invoice date and applies once the product has been paid for in full. Coverage is valid only when the product has been properly stored, assembled, installed, used, and maintained according to the manufacturer’s written instructions and accepted construction practices.
Qualifying site amenities and components include the following coverage:
Coverage applies to qualifying defects in materials, manufacturing workmanship, and structural integrity under normal use and environmental conditions.
Product-specific warranty coverage may vary. The warranty documentation associated with the product and manufacturer will determine the final coverage terms.
Warranty coverage is valid only when the product has been:
Failure to follow installation, care, or maintenance requirements may void the warranty.
Qualifying structural supports for tables and benches include a five-year Limited Warranty for the original purchaser.
This warranty covers rust-through corrosion that compromises the structural integrity of the frame. Qualifying workmanship is also covered for five years.
Structural frame coverage does not apply when damage is caused by:
Qualifying factory-applied powder coating includes a five-year Limited Warranty for the original purchaser.
This coverage applies only to the original factory-applied finish. Damage caused by shipping, installation, vandalism, accidents, improper handling, or field modifications is not covered.
Any coating damage that occurs during shipping or installation must be touched up immediately and maintained periodically to help prevent corrosion.
Powder coat defects should be reported when installation is completed.

When applied and maintained according to the manufacturer’s recommendations, qualifying powder coating is expected to meet the following standards after five years of exposure:
Qualifying textured polyethylene and thermoplastic coatings include a seven-year Limited Warranty for the original purchaser.
This warranty covers corrosion on qualifying seats and tabletops that results in bare-metal exposure.
Coverage does not include corrosion or coating damage caused by:
Minor cosmetic changes that do not expose the underlying metal or affect the product’s performance may not qualify as warrantable defects.
The warranty is void if changes, modifications, additions, repairs, or attachments are made to the product without prior written approval from the applicable manufacturer.
Accessories, fixtures, signs, decorations, or other objects may not be attached to the product unless they were specifically designed for that product or have received written manufacturer approval.
Warranty coverage does not include damage or failure resulting from:
The owner must notify Zoom Recreation within 30 days after discovering a potential defect and before making or attempting any alteration or repair.

Zoom Recreation will review the submitted information and coordinate the claim with the applicable manufacturer.
The manufacturer reserves the right to inspect the product and determine whether the issue resulted from defective materials, manufacturing workmanship, installation, maintenance, use, or another cause.

The applicable manufacturer may repair or replace an approved defective component at its discretion.
A defective component does not automatically entitle the customer to a completely new product.
The manufacturer may alter the design, color, material, or other characteristics of a replacement component to correct the condition and help prevent it from occurring again.
Unless otherwise approved in writing, warranty coverage does not include:
The customer may be responsible for returning the complete product or affected component for inspection along with proof of purchase.
No representative may change, expand, or add to the manufacturer’s warranty obligations unless the change is authorized in writing.
For the purpose of this warranty, “lifetime” does not represent a specific number of years. It refers to the period during which the original customer owns the product and continues to use it for its intended purpose.
Lifetime coverage applies only to qualifying stainless steel hardware and does not include damage caused by:
