The 2-5 aged playground features smaller climbers and slides, as well as play panels for cognitive delevelopment.
The 5-12 aged playground features tall curvy slides and more challenging climbers suited for older children.

As a former elementary school teacher for nearly a decade and as the son of an early childhood professor, I'm fully aware of the importance of play in the development of the youth in our communities across Northern California. Children develop socially, emotionally and physically when interacting with welcoming parks and recreation spaces. Being able to see a family enjoy a park that I helped design and see through to construction is the most rewarding aspect of my job. It's a special moment experiencing one of our new park's grand opening events and seeing all the hard work come to fruition.
